Started out as a research assistant at SAD and worked up to being director of the Center for Intercultural Dialogue and member of the management team.

What was your job at SAD?

I started out in 2003 as a research assistant in SAD’s Center for Intercultural Dialogue. In this role, I developed and implemented projects for the promotion of intercultural coexistence. Our work also included studies and project evaluations on the topic. After a couple of years, I became director of the Center and a member of SAD’s management team.

What is your best memory of your time at SAD?

I’ve got great memories of our summer parties. As for project work, the personal texts on the topic of migration that we received for the intercultural writing competition «Encrages» really touched me.

Where do you work now and what are your responsibilities?

I’m a delegate for committees and project work in the Department for Health and Integration at the Swiss Red Cross. In this position, I am mainly responsible for coordinating and developing cooperation between the Red Cross’s cantonal associations and the national department where I work.
