Human Initiatives for Animals (HISA) is a French NGO. Its main mission is to promote sustainable coexistence between human activities and the preservation of biodiversity. The association adopts a participatory approach, directly involving local communities in its actions. The HISA team is multidisciplinary, bringing together experts in environmental and wildlife protection studies and awareness-raising, such as ethologists, agricultural engineers, documentary filmmakers and photographers.
