How we work

What makes SA4D stand out are the three pillars of sport and play, partnerships and monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL). In addition to being critical aspects of our projects, we also offer our expertise in these areas to third parties, such as governments, non-governmental organizations, and companies as bespoke services.

We use sport and play as part of a holistic approach in a structured and purposeful way in order to ensure achievement of development outcomes.

Sport & Play

We always work collaboratively with local partners to adapt and ensure our contribution fits the context. We invest in and assess organizational capacity development.

Partnerships

We focus on solid monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) as an integral part of our participatory and results-based project cycle management (PCM).
